We are a small operation based in the heart of inner SE Portland, Oregon. Our greenhouse is always packed with a variety of fresh gourmet mushrooms, including Hericium Varieties (Lion's Mane, Bear's Tooth, Comb's Tooth), Oyster (Blue, Pink, Yellow and Pearl), Chestnut and Pioppino. We also specialize in medicinal varieties such as Reishi and Cordyceps. We love to experiment with new cultures to make sure we are always growing the most delicious and nourishing varieties.
